EUROBULK Ltd was established in 1994 with the intention to engage in the management of ocean-going vessels. This company represents the continuation of the presence in Shipping of the Pittas family which started in the 1870's and survived two world wars before being expressed in partnerships with the Karoussis family in CHIOS NAVIGATION of London between 1960 - 1990 and with Petros Pappas in OCEANBULK MARITIME S.A. between 1991 - 1994.


Eurobulk has put the emphasis of its operations on quality and has demonstrated its commitment to Safety Management by being among the first shipping companies to obtain ISO 9002 and ISM accreditation in January 1997.


Since then the company has expanded into offering full management services to its clients through affiliation with respected industrial players from all over the world. The company manages dry bulk and container ships, offering all shipping related verticals such as financial, insurance, commercial ( chartering and S+P), technical, crewing, etc.


The company’s main clients are the NASDAQ listed owners EUROSEAS and EURODRY for whom the company provides some administrative services in addition to the traditional ship management services. Other clients includes smaller private investors. Through the company’s long established network with first class industry participants including banks, charterers, shipyards, insurers, etc, our clients can expect top quality vertical services.


EUROBULK Ltd is fully digitized and employs a staff of about 100 highly educated and skilled professionals ashore and more than 1200 sea staff.
